The company was privatised in the 1990s, and taken over by Abdulkadir Ozcan Anonim Sirketi AS, Turkey’s leading tyre company, in 2005. The company started out manufacturing tyres for cars, trucks and buses, then it later moved into the production of specialist agricultural and industrial tyres, including tyres for forklifts.
