What size tyres does my Citroen need?
It depends on the model, trim and wheel size — even the same Citroen model can leave the factory on several sizes. Check the sidewall of your current tyres (e.g. 205/55 R16), pick your model above, or search by registration and we'll show only the tyres that fit.
Do I have to fit Citroen-approved tyres?
No. Any tyre in the correct size, load index and speed rating is legal to fit. Some performance models ship on manufacturer-marked tyres tuned for that car, and it's worth sticking with them if handling matters most to you — but a quality alternative will often save you money.
Can I mix tyre brands on my Citroen?
It's legal, but for the most predictable handling keep the same tyre across each axle. Never mix summer and winter tyres, and if your car came on run-flats, replace them with run-flats unless you add a spare or repair kit.
